Q. How do I order a gift for someone?

A. When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to choose the gift option in the product's page. You should enter in your email address and phone number to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will make sure that all prices and receipts are not in the package. 

 

Q. Do your keychains and plaques play music?

A. Our keychains and plaques are not music players. However, they are great Spotify-themed gifts and showpieces. The Spotify code can be scanned from the Spotify app.

 

Q. Is the Spotify code updated as per my song?

A. If your chosen song is available on Spotify, then the code is updated.

 

Q. Do you provide refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?

Q. How do I get the link for the song?

A. You can use this link on your device: https://open.spotify.com 

Search up the song of your choice. Press the share button and copy link. It's that simple!

 

Q. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

A. Since our processing time for packages is minimal, changing an order after it’s been placed is not always possible.  Due to this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

 

Q. Can I request a song that is not on Spotify?

A. Yes, you can definitely request a song that is not available on Spotify, however, we use a Spotify code for our Plaques and thus, we will not be able to add the same for your order. The area would be left blank.

 

Q. What's the Delivery time for the products?

A. We ensure that all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This would include designing, printing and safely packaging your order. We also make sure that each order goes through meticulous safety checks and only the best quality products are picked to be shipped to you.
The final delivery time is dependent on the pin code and varies from 3-8 business days.

 

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our manufacturing factory or warehouse located in Maharashtra. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 3-8 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

 

Q. How can I check my uploaded picture's quality?

All of the pictures uploaded by you are checked by our design team to ensure they aren't pixelated when printed on your customized plaque. If we see that your picture isn't up to the mark in terms of quality, we will contact you through your email /mobile number. 

For the best pictures, kindly use images clicked from the camera roll and avoid photos shared over Whatsapp.

 

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 1-2 business days.

Q.Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one within 12 hours)

Q.How to cancel my order?

A. Since each order is tailored and customized to the customer’s choices, we cannot cancel the order if it is already made. However, it is possible if your item hasn’t been made.
